Types of Data collected

 Your preferences and your last request are saved in our databases so that you don't have to tell us what you want every time the voice application (skill) is opened. 

We also ask for your first name, however it is optional. If you require dialog results to be sent to your email address, we ask for your email address to be sent via SMS, and then it’s kept in our database for the future usage. 

If during the dialog you ask to be contacted on your mobile device by the vendor, we ask for your mobile number, then it’s kept in the database for future usage.

Personal information like first name, email address and mobile number are not mandatory and only collected when users voluntary provide those by seeking advantages of Premium Services. 

We also collect: usage data, crash information, device information, and connectivity data.

Skills use various external resources provided by third parties. Users acknowledge and accept that we have no control over such resources and are therefore not responsible for their content and availability.

Conditions applicable to any resources provided by third parties, including those applicable to any possible grant of rights in content, result from each such third parties’ terms and conditions or, in the absence of those, applicable statutory law.

We hold and reserve all intellectual property rights for skill framework and its content structure.

Users, or external parties may not therefore use such content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the skill.

In particular, but without limitation, skill content may not be copied or used in another third-party skill or any other application without our acceptance. 

This Privacy Policy might change. Your continued use of our skill after changes of the Privacy Policy or the skill itself will be seen as your acceptance of both.
